Dr. Behera Sanjib Kumar is a pioneer in the field of Orthopedics and is well known for his specialized expertise in Joint Replacement, Arthroscopy, Trauma (Injury, Accidents Major Fractures), Shoulder, Spine, Elbow, and Ankle Surgery. With over 38 years of experience, Dr. Beheras's skills and knowledge have addressed the issues of countless patients successfully, and is considered the best orthopedician in Hyderabad.

He hails from eastern India. Did his schooling in Jamshedpur in 1980, I Sc. from Ispat College, Rourkela in 1982. After receiving his medical degree from M.K.C.G Medical college in 1987, Dr. Behera worked at Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in New Delhi. He then returned to his alma mater to complete the MS Ortho post-graduate degree in 1989-92 under the eminent Prof.K.M.Pathi.

To keep up with the pace of enhanced knowledge in the field of Orthopaedics, Dr. Behera regularly attends International and National Conferences and presents papers at Seminars and Workshops. He has many international publications and papers to his credit. 

Being a good athlete and sportsman who played Basketball, Football, and Volleyball during his school and college days, Dr. Behera's other interests include Formula 1 Racing, Aeronautics, Social Activities like making people aware of emergency medication awareness, and teaching proper Traffic Rules to avoid accidents.
