An alumnus of Gandhi Medical College, Osmania University, Hyderabad, Dr. Kavitha Chintala went on to garner multiple post-graduation accolades in the USA at the Kaiser Permanente Hospital, Oakland, California; Cook County Children’s Hospital, Chicago, Illinois; Children’s Hospital of Michigan, Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan; Vanderbilt University Medical Center & Children’s Hospital and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Penn State University. With over 34 years of experience, she is a pediatric cardiologist in Hyderabad.

A champion of Paediatric Cardiology all throughout her career, Dr. Chintala has had a stint not only as a research assistant in California at the beginning of her career but also has worked as an Assistant Professor of Paediatrics, Division of Cardiology, at Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. She is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, American Academy of Paediatrics, and American Society of Echocardiography. She has also published innumerable papers along with spearheading many clinical trials to enhance the realms of medical innovations. Dr. Chintala has been an active participant in multiple international and national conferences and workshops. A philanthropist at heart, she continues to be a volunteer consultant on many community outreach programmes.
